The web shop only list prices in euro (EUR) excl. Danish VAT. Business customers outside Denmark can be exempted from Danish VAT. Danish corporate customers are always subject to Danish VAT. At checkout, all transactions are done in Danish kroner, DKK. All transaction fees in connection with payment of invoice(s) must be paid by the customer.
The amount for payment of your order will be reserved on your bank account until your order has been shipped. Payment will be deducted from your account after your order has been shipped.
1handPlate ApS uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your webbrowser. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets tous.
When purchasing through the web shop we send to customers from all countries.
All orders, including international orders, do neither include freight normhandling. Please note that you are responsible for any taxes and / or charges applicable to your contry’s region.
All orders are shipped with 1handPlate’s logistic partners, unless otherwise stated. Delivery abroad, to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and distant islands may in some cases have longer delivery time.
We strive to deliver within 5-7 business days. However, we take reservations to our delivery time as regards external conditions beyond our influence, eg. weather conditions and delays caused by our freight partners.
1handPlate Big is packed in boxes of 8 pcs. and 32 pcs. in each carton. 1handPlate Small is packed with 6 pcs. and 48 pcs. in each carton. For large consignments, we use standard EUR pallets.
When purchasing through our web shop, shipping prices are added and displayed at the checkout.
Our shipping methods are guidelines only. We reserve the right to choose which shipping method we find best suited to each order.
4. Returns and Claims
1handPlate ApS is covered by a limited warranty. We replace, without charge, any 1handPlate, which is defective due manufacturing fault.
1handPlate ApS cannot be held responsible for incorrect use, vandalism or similar external factors that are out of our hands.
If 1handPlate appears to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us and please provide us with photo documentation and we will strive to find a solution.
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is granted for the product. The warranty covers errors in material and/or manufacturing.
Our customers have a right of a 24 months warranty. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, a money refund, or get a discount in price, depending on the specific circumstances.
Should you receive a faulty product, you need to inform us, no later than two months after discovering the defects.
If your claim is warranted, we will refund your shipping costs (within reason). The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to enclose a receipt for shipping, so we may refund your shipping costs.

4.2 Right of cancellation
When you shop with us, you have 14 days to cancel your order.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your product. If you have ordered multiple items in one order, which are being delivered individually, the cancellation period expires 14 days after, you receive the last item.
Should you wish to cancel your purchase you need to send an email to email@example.com or use our standard return form and include it when you return your item. You can find our return form HERE. In your message, please make it clear that you wish to use your right of cancellation.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the items without notifying us at the same time.
As customer, you hold all return costs and you are liable for any damage on the items during return shipping.
Once you have informed us that you will cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
All return shipping and handling costs are paid by the customer, who, furthermore, is liable for any damage which occurs during return transportation.
4.3.1. Condition of Product
You are liable only for any impairment of the value of the goods, which is due to the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the condition of the items. In other words, you can test and evaluate the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it to real use.
If the product has been used in other ways than described above, we consider the products to be used, which means that, in case of cancellation of the purchase, the purchase amount will only be returned in part, or not at all.
We recommend returning the item in the original packaging. If the original packing is missing, it may result in a depreciation in value of the item.
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money returned, provided you have cancelled your purchase within 14 days after having received your order. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount, for which you are liable. We will refund you your money, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery costs, should you have chosen a different delivery method from the low price standard delivery, we offer).
We will refund the money to the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We can withhold payment until we receive the product unless you send us documentation that the product has been returned.
